This is required when building a PCI system on a MCA system for example

 1. Insert appropriate CDROM and mksysb tape
 2. boot the system in to maintenance mode
 3. at terminal prompt hit return
 4. At installation menu select option 3, "Start Maintenance mode"
 5. from the next menu select option 4, "Install from system backup"
 6. select the correct tape device from next menu (This is required so that
    there is a bootable image)
 7. Select option 1 from Maintenance mode
 8. Turn key when prompted
